Quality comes at a price I retired several years ago and took over the cooking from my wife and, although I have no formal training, I just love to cook. If you love to cook just spend the money and buy this pan … If you love to cook … and I do … just spend the money and buy this pan. Whereas most ‘chefs’ have the standard fried egg or omelet test for nonstick, even heating, cast iron or steel pans … I use the sautéed onion test.
