  1. Very good but not a perfect pan I waited to write a review until a year had passed. This is a great pan – well constructed, high quality and very attractive. Although it is advertised as being usable with metal utensils, I’ve always used wood, or plastic- and almost immediately it showed superficial mars and scrape marks. They didn’t seem to compromise the cooking quality but now after a year the non-stick coating is starting to degrade. Overall, it’s better than the Calphalon or Circulon pans I’ve had in the past.   2. Very good — not great. I have had this pain for nine months and used it to two to three times almost every day. I hand wash it, never use spray-on oils, and never put it in the dishwasher. After 9 months the surface is very worn, food sticks that did not used to comma and the pan is of course not as attractive as when it was new. No pan would be, but I would hope to get two or three years from a purchase like this and I would guess that this pan will last about half that long. When I replace it however, I will very…
