  1. Great Pan, very durable. I love it! I had a lot of trouble with it at first because I kept burning my eggs, but I found out that I have to let it heat up first on low heat (I use a gas stovetop), then after it has heated I put in the oil (I use ghee). After the oil heats up then I put my eggs in and it acts like a non stick pan.It is very durable and very easy to clean. I highly recommend this pan with the caveat that if you are not used to cooking on stainless steel there will be a small learning curve. Check…
