poor for fried eggs
Pleasantly surprised. This is much thicker than I expected for the price. It’s a very thick and heavy pan. I just got it, so of course it’s going to work great now. It heats evenly, holds the heat well, the handle is comfortable. If I had any ‘complaint’, it’s that the handle is attached with rivets, so if they come loose there’s no way to tighten them without hammering them down – and the part that’s in the pan is not coated with non-stick. This is probably not ever going to turn into any problem, but only time…
