  2. Beware of heat warping the pan. Just the right size for my countertop oven. After scrubbing it I placed 4 chicken thighs (skin on) in the basket and baked at 400 degrees. Ten minutes into the process the pan twist-warped from the heat. I was concerned that as oil dripped off the chicken skin it would all collect at the “low” corner of the pan and spill onto the burner elements. The pan is only 3/4″ deep. Rather than abort the project I elected to “baby sit” the thing for 45 minutes. The drippings never…
