works amazingly well this works amazingly well. I expect it to last a long time as well. This pan proves you don’t have to spend a mint on good cookware. so far, I haven’t found anything that sticks in this pan, and it heats up fast and cooks very evenly. As a professional cook for many years, I have used a LOT of HIGH end pans, and this tops most of them for performance short term. If that changes over time I will edit my review.
