Great skillet
Does not perform as advertised. I got these pans at the beginning of October. I have used this pan 3 times. The first two times it cooked the food well and clean up was easy. This last time I made half green peppers to go with Italian sausage. The peppers were dark on the bottom which is fine but burnt pieces of the peppers stuck to the pan. It took quite a bit of scrubbing with a sponge to get the burnt pieces off and there is now a stain left behind. Don’t buy these pans. BTW the sausage was cooked in a Gotham pan and…
