  1. The high ratings are an understatement and it’s not like how it shows on TV Stay Away from this product. The latest reviews are correct and you have been warned. One of the pans was getting food stuck to it after 4 months of ownership. I called CopperChef to get the product replaced under their “Lifetime Warranty” and they just told me to contact Amazon. Since it was out of the return period, there is nothing Amazon can do. I spoke to their supervisor at CopperChef and i was practically told, that if you don’t buy the products straight from them, your lifetime…

  2. GREAT……at first I ordered these off of the infomercial.I would give this pan 0 stars, if possible. This was AWESOME the first 2-3 times it was used but it is TERRIBLE now! EVERYTHING sticks to it, I cannot clean stains off the bottom or inside of it, they are stuck there, the “non-stick” and “non-scratch” surface came off and scratched the first time it was used from the bone of a roast. The bottom of it is heavily stained and scratched.I have only owned these pans…
