GREAT……at first I ordered these off of the infomercial.I would give this pan 0 stars, if possible. This was AWESOME the first 2-3 times it was used but it is TERRIBLE now! EVERYTHING sticks to it, I cannot clean stains off the bottom or inside of it, they are stuck there, the “non-stick” and “non-scratch” surface came off and scratched the first time it was used from the bone of a roast. The bottom of it is heavily stained and scratched.I have only owned these pans…

BUYER BEWARE!! When I received this piece of garbage, I was surprised at how light it was. Not the heavy duty pan they claimed on the infomercial. It was also deceptively small compare to its TV appearance. The first thing I cooked was a fried egg, at medium temperature. Basic enough, right? It stuck to the pan, and had a metallic taste to it.That’s when the real fun began. I called customer service and spoke to a rep with very poor English language skills.
