COPPER CHEF NOT QUITE UP TO STANDARD! The pans have a number of great features: they are light, the non-stick surface is excellent, the square shape fits certain foods well. However there is one major flaw. The bottoms of the pans (inside) are not flat. The area supported by the stainless heating plate is higher than the edges of the pan. Not 100% as advertised but good for some things They are not all they are said to be. I love that the wash right out with a sponge and a little dish soap. BUT do not believe that they are non-stick with no oil or butter. They need to be lubricated or everything sticks. The bottom of the pans never stays like new. Gets dark black after you use it while. That dosn’t bother me much as the food is on the inside. I had bought one from the manufacturer and it really got bad after a few months use. They do not care and will not even exchange. I…
