  1. Poor heat distribution, not easy to clean. I thought these would work well for sautéing, but they have a very poor heat distribution. The center is slightly raised and the very middle gets really hot and foods in that part of the pan tend to cook a lot faster or burn while the foods in the corners are barely heating. I have not been able to figure out how to cook an egg over-easy in this pan. If I put the egg in the center, it’s overcooked. If I put the egg in a corner, it just doesn’t cook at all.
