Getting a Bad Rap for User Error, I Think I purchased these and other Copper Chef items directly from Copper Chef, so am pleased to see additional sets available now on Amazon. I read all the 1 and 2 star ratings and think the issues these folks seem to have had are due to using a too high heat setting for these pans. Low to medium heat is all you should use. This allows for even heat distribution and no need for oils, etc. to keep foods from sticking. If you use high heat, you will get splatter and are more likely to get sticking…
