  2. Non-Stick — baloney! You’ve seen the TV ads. Nothing sticks, right? WRONG! The sliding eggs? Hahahaha! NO WAY, they stick like glue at moderate heat. They’d probably not stick if I had the burner on low, but, then again if I wanted breakfast at noon I guess that would be okay, but, I DON’T want it at noon. I won’t return it because it was cheap and I don’t want to deal with the hassle of finding a box, paying for one, and returning it. So, use the pan, but, slap some butter, Ghee butter, or, olive oil in it…
