Could be so much better.. I rated this pan 1 star because we are starting off on the wrong foot. First, there are no instructions, no booklet, nothing. Then the label on the bottom which basically says nothing is STUCK HARD to the bottom of the pan. I had to take a plastic knife and literally scrape it off. Then there was this whole layer of adhesive that I had to scrub off. Hal an hour of work just to get it ready to use. AND I have no idea if I’m supposed to treat it before I use it.
