inexpensive but not worth it
WARPS when hot – do no use with induction stoves. Big disappointment since there are no other non-stick induction-capable griddles out there. – DO NOT USE FOR INDUCTION. After about 5 minutes my induction cooktop started complaining with an error. I let it cool and noticed the bottom was WARPED enough to not make contact with the cooking surface. Thinking it was a fluke I ordered a replacement. The new one was warped in the other direction, bowed out. Maybe I could live with that but… After 5 minutes on the cooktop – same thing – error…
