  1. Love this Pan! I use it everyday for eggs and it has been going strong since purchase. I have noticed that if I put cheese in with the eggs I have to let it fully melt or it will stick a little (no worries because if they cheese is a little sticky, let the pan cool and wipe out with paper towel). I did use the vegetable oil when we first got it to condition the pan, and will every couple of months to be sure it maintains its performance.   2. Been great so far Been great so far. I started cooking with my first set of copper pans about 3 months ago and I won’t use anything else now. Been looking for a smaller pan for my morning eggs. This one has been perfect so far. I coated it the first time as instructed but I haven’t needed to use any kind of oil since.
