Farberware 10656 10″ Deep Aluminum Skillet is not what I thought it would be. It is true that the diameter at the top of the pan is 10 inches but the bottom where the food lies only has a diameter of 7 inches which means I will be using this very rarely as most of my recipes, when using a frypan, need a 10 inch bottom to hold all of the food. I would probably have given this pan a 5-star review except for one significant thing — the pan I received had dark specks stuck to the ceramic cooking surface around the inner edge and on the upper part. I don’t know if they were paint flecks, plastic, or something else.
