Cleans up wonderfully I bought this skillet to take the place of electric skillets I had used for years and had to replace about every 2 years. I love it. It is so easy to clean and although not a non-stick surface I have fried eggs with butter and no problem getting over easy unbroken eggs. I heat the pan, put butter in-not cold butter in cold pan. I’ve fried eggs after frying bacon with same result and all it takes is hot water and Dawn to clean it up. No “elbow” grease. The copper is turning color a bit…
BEST there is for even heat distribution! If even heat distribution is important to you, this is your pan. Trade-off is the small extra effort required if you want the copper to look like new all the time. That’s the only reason I deducted a star. If you are ok with the copper doing it’s thing and changing colors and not being all bright and shiney, they will cook and function just the same.All the comments complaining about the copper turning colors, it it must be fake, or it’s coming off, etc just make me laugh.
