Not impressed We bought this 10″ Red Copper frying pan and the 8″ version on 12/31/2018. Both pans were properly seasoned upon receipt. Both pans have been in use now for 3 months by a cook with over 60 years experience (my wife). The pans are used on an electric, glass-topped stove.Both pans take much longer to heat up than any previous nonstick fry pan.Food burns regularly in the 10″ Red Copper frying pan, even at lower temperatures.
