  2. Do NOT recommend THIS item. Have no idea why this item has such a high rating. I had mine 5 weeks and it is already sticking…As you will see in other reviews it has a raised center and in that raised center it started to stick after a few weeks use. Another reviewer posted a picture where hers had a dark burn looking spot in the middle…that is what mine now has and can’t get it off without scouring which will make he pan totally unusable…Apparently this is a knock off and do not recommend it. I may research Copper…
