I spent a few days testing this pan.It makes a lot of claims, such as being:Non stickScratch / Chip ResistantOven SafeStay Cool HandleI started by seasoning the pan as per the directions.Coat the pan with a light coating of vegetable oil and place in a preheated over @ 300 degrees for 20 minutes.After taking the pan out and allowing to cool, I was ready to test the pan out.Initially I thought this pan may actually live up to the…
