  1. Just as good as Copper Chef I own a few pieces of Copper Chef and Red Copper brand cookware and I can tell you, this is just as nice for 40% less! Food slides right off, cleaning is as easy as warm water and a sponge; dry it off and put it away. Mine was packeged very securely, everything was perfect out of the box, used it the same day.   2. A lot flimsier than I expected. I should have noticed that the item weight and the shipping weight were both 5.3 pounds. I can only surmise that all packaging was included in the item weight. In reality, according to my food scale the total weight of the pan and lid is just under 4 pounds, and the pan itself checks in at just about 2 pounds. Also, nowhere on the packaging or the product does it state where the item was manufactured. I’m now suspecting that this is a cheaply manufactured Chinese item produced for the discount…
