Utilizing STONEHENGE — a stone-derived coating from Germany, the 5 L (5.3 Quart) All-In-One Stone Earth Sauce Pan by Ozeri is the world’s leading cooking pot, delivering non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of APEO and PFOA, harmful chemicals often found in traditional cookware. Conventional sauce pans and pots often achieve their non-stick performance with the aid of PFOA ( Acid), a potential carcinogen which the EPA has classified as a ‘persistent pollutant of the environment’, and APEO (Alkyl phenol ), which are under restricted use in Germany due to environmental concerns about their poor biodegradability and toxicity in the food chain. According to the EPA, once ingested, PFOA is capable of remaining in people for a very long time, and has been shown to cause developmental and other adverse effects in laboratory animals. Likewise, European studies have shown that APEO may be toxic to aquatic life, and has the potential to act as endocrine disrupters. With the Stone Earth Sauce Pan’s stone-derived coating from Germany, even under high temperatures, no such controversial chemicals are ever passed on to you, or released into the environment. In addition to being free of PFOA and APEO, the Stone Earth Sauce Pan is also far more durable and scratch-resistant than other surface coatings, and it offers a better non-stick experience that renders cleaning a breeze. The All-In-One Stone Earth Sauce Pan is made of the highest quality die-cast aluminum that ensures even cooking with maximum heat retention, and features a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves. It boasts a heat-resistant silicone-coated handle and side helper handle for safe and comfortable handling, when cooking for larger family sizes. It includes a tempered glass lid with a steam-release vent and heat-resistant knob. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. STONEHENGE coating made by GmbH, Germany. Sauce pan assembled in China.

It is its own enemy I am coming back to write a review after using this for 15 months. The real problem with this pan is the fact the lid has metal edges and it will scratch the pan’s coating along the top edge. We have never used any metallic objects against this pan, so the lid is the only thing I can think of to scratch the coating. Once it starts to peel, it just gets worse over time. This pan is otherwise a workhorse. Other than some yellowing on the tan finished coating, I really don’t have…
Lasted only a little over a year I purchase the Stone Earth All-In-One Sauce Pan in April 2016. Initially, I was very pleased with the pan but withinthe past month or two, the condition of the surface has deteriorated to where I am now concerned about the safe use of this pan.The stone surface appears to be wearing away exposing a lower layer.I have follow all the guidelines of med heat or lower, non metal utensils, hand wash only, no abrasive cleaners/pads. I have also tried the lemon juice wipe…
Awesome pan that needs tender loving care Awesome pan but needs some tender loving care.I purchased this pan for its healthy non-stick surface and design features. It works wonderfully for frying eggs, making hot-dishes, cooking mussles and shrimp. I really like the high sides for some of my larger quantity recipes. The lid fits perfectly, food slides right off.One small negative is that the bottom seems to have gained a slight discoloring after I cooked with red spices like paprika. It is slight but is present…
