Bottom of pan started to flake, supposedly okay to swallow according to All-Clad We have the 8″ pan and use it primarily for cooking our daughter an egg every morning. We’ve only used plastic utensils when stirring the egg. It’s used on a newer Wolf induction cooktop on medium heat and occasionally put in the dishwasher but mostly hand washed. As the pictures show the pan has started flaking on the bottom and on the edge.
