  1. Perfect size pan for feeding my family of 6! Probably the biggest problem I had when trying to figure out what size pan I needed was trying to make sense of the measurements the manufacturers give. 10″? 12″? 14″? What does that mean? Did they measure across the actual SURFACE of the pan or across the top from edge to edge? I was really confused.   2. Non-stick didn’t last any longer than the cheaper pans Worked well for 2 years (with approx 1-2 uses per week) then eggs began to stick really bad. Per the directions, I never used cooking spray, never heated it above a medium setting, always used a plastic spatula, and always hand washed the pan. The pan is said to have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects. I called Anolon customer service and they want me to ship the pan to them at my expense for them to evaluate it and see if a manufacturer’s defect caused the non-stick to quit…
