Great non stick skillet. After many year of having non-stick skillets (including Calphalon) become non non-stick from general use and abuse. I decided to have some dedicated non-stick skillets for just eggs – fried, scrambled and omelets. These skillets are superb. I give the skillet a light spritz of oil and cook my eggs and clean with a simple paper towel rub, and they are good to go for the next egg.
