I received my 9.5 inch Carote granite frying pan today. I unwrapped it and rinsed it out with hot water and dried it well. I then put it on my induction cooktop set to 700 degrees F. I put in about 3/4 teaspoon of butter in the pan and fried 3 eggs one at a time. They all slid easily around in the pan and onto my plate.
