  1. These are good quality pans When I open the package and got to hold the pans right away I ask my self why are these so cheap on price?!? Well I don’t know why. These are good quality pans. The feel and ARE STURDY. Like any other non stick pans you have to take care of them and make sure u don’t scratch the non stick surface.The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is that if you use the 12″ pan on a convection cook top the pan doesn’t spread the heat evenly.   2. Induction compatible? Not really. Does it work with my induction range? Sort of. The smallest will EVENTUALLY get hot enough to cook with.
