  1. Don’t recommend for induction, heats slowly due to low mass This pan IS non-stick as advertised. The non-stick finish also scratches, not necessarily easily but I’m not a gentle cook. I do not recommend for use on an induction stove. Something I love about my induction stove is how fast my pans/food heat. Not so with this pan. It is very light and thus has little mass for the magnets to heat. This also means that the it doesn’t heat to the edges well… what you can expect at this price point.I love that the handles are well-placed on this…
