The thickness and size is perfect for crepes.What i loved about this pan is that its not flimsy or thin. Its super heavy duty stuff, yet easy on hands.The handle is made of solid stainless steel which stay cool on the stovetop.   2. Bad Experience with the Pan and their terrible customer service department We have owned other Cuisinart pans for a long time and have been happy. But this pan doesn’t hold up at all. Its only been 4 months, it shows wear and tear plus it appear to rust after each hand wash.
