Only good thing is that once it is up to heat As with most non-stick coatings, this one is nothing special. It already has minor scratches in the non-stick coating from very little usage. Even washing it before its first use, a simple paper towel left marks. Only good thing is that once it is up to heat, you have cook it on medium or lower. It transfers heat really well. Don’t do what my wife did. My wife loves these. Me? Not so much. I do love Cuisinart cookware, hands down. I always reach for the stainless ware as opposed to these non-stickers. Why? The non-stick feature dies a slow death as one uses the cookware even if we do treat them appropriately. At first, yes, one can blow the fried eggs out of the pan. The first time these items came to me they looked like the attached photos. The package came completely crushed and the pans were very damaged and very dirty, a film of dirt and dust over everything. I asked for a return and when the items came to me a second time they were packaged better but still covered in grime. I am disappointed especially for this being Amazon shipping.
