  1. Works great on my induction stove top Works great on my induction stove top. Funny anecdote – I have very hard tap water. When the pan first arrived I tried boiling some water in it to see how fast it heated on my stove. Did so pretty quick. I then dumped out the boiling water. Did I say I have very hard tap water?
