Non-toxic Non-Stick Excellent frying pan! With very little oil, this pan is nearly as non-stick as a toxic teflon pan! The weight is comfortable and not too heavy. The bottom is glazed, so I don’t worry about scratching the glass top of the electric or induction stovetops.
