Really love these pans and would reccommend – light, tasty, easy to clean! I bought the Rachel Ray 8 1/2 and 12 /12 inch skillets, the hard ionized nonstick in black with the orange grip. It took me some time to “practice” using these pans on low heat and just getting used to how they work. It was worth it to follow the instructions, because now I love these pans. Best skillets for the price I am so very happy with these skillets and highly recommend them. The non-stick surface really and truly doesn’t stick, the pans cook beautifully, and it only takes about 30 seconds to wash them. As for the cushy orange handles, they’re comfortable, practical and easy to see. I was surprised that the cushy feature makes it a little easier to carry the pan when there’s food in it. Love this skillet! We do a lot of cooking. This skillet is one of the more inexpensive ones in our collectioin of utensiles, yet we find ourselves using more than all the others. It’s just a good all-around workhorse! It isn’t particularly heave but it has terrific heat distribution. The sides are high enough to prevent excessive spattering when frying. It’s not the latest iteration of non-stick material, but considering the use it’s gotten in our hard-working kitchen, the surface has held up amazingly well…
