  1. These are Fantastic I love these skillets — I also bought the 14″ skillet. Several years ago I bought ceramic skillets which were supposed to be non-stick, but weren’t (thanks BB&B). I found I stopped making a lot of dishes because I didn’t want to use these pans; however, I didn’t know what kind to buy to replace them. Now, I don’t personally care for Rachael Ray’s TV show, but one day I turned on the TV and it was already set to ABC and I saw her large oval pot and thought it would be perfect for cooking…
