Excellent – my go-to pan for just about everything Update: I bought this pan in Nov 2013, used it daily, and finally decided it needed to be replaced in March 2016 (a bit over 2 years). The non-stick coating has finally worn down enough that eggs and soft carbs (pre-cooked potatoes, rice, pasta) are starting to stick rather noticeably.
