Cooking and Seasoning Instructions:
• In order to avoid food sticking, preheat the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes before adding oil to cook.
• Heat the skillet to a slightly hot temperature, then put some oil in and let it evaporate to season the skillet. Clean it with a paper towel after cooling to make the surface non stick.

My best skillet ever. First of all, I’m really in love with this skillet. I have been always looking for a 12-13 inch stainless steel skillet and never had a chance to find one that feels good to me. Beautiful pan! I got this pan to replace one that had worn out. I was worried about the quality because of the price, but it is a beautiful pan! It’s deeper than I expected, which is a positive for me, and lid fits snug. I only gave it 4 stars because the lid came with a small dent in it (see photo), which must have been a factory defect because it came packaged very protected/wrapped.
