Best and Safest Frying Pan I’ve Ever Owned I have 3 of the 11″ DaTerra Products Vesuvio Ceramic Coated Nonstick Frying Pans and just ordered two of their 9.5 pans for smaller meals, particularly breakfasts. (We have a primary home and a vacation home). I can hardly wait until they produce the larger fry and sauce pans to complete my set. They are worth waiting for. They cook as well, if not better than a cast iron skillet but are not has heavy on aging wrists. Steaks and chicken are “to die for” when cooked in these…

  2. An Incredible Pan…for Two Weeks This pan was incredible – for about 2 weeks. I was frying over-easy eggs that slid right out of the pan and cooking pancakes that I could flip just with the flick of the wrist. Then something went wrong. Eggs began to stick to the bottom to the point where instead of over-easy I had to make them scrambled because I couldn’t flip the eggs without destroying them because they stuck. I applied an extra layer of oil thinking that perhaps the pan needed to be re-seasoned for some reason. Nope…
