Simply amazing Love these pans. The nonstick surface exceeded my expectations; the lip shape, weight, handles and 3 ply of the pans are superior. I’ve had to adjust my cooking temps to allow for their higher conductivity, easy enough. People having issues with sticking are getting their oil too hot for too long or using spray oil against manufacturer instructions–the burned on oil is easy to clean off with baking soda. We bought several pieces and after 4 months heavy use they still look and work like new…
