Residues not removable Big fan of German cookware, especially Zwilling. Found this non-sticking cooking pan on Amazon for a reasonable price (still much higher than other brand) and bought without hesitant. At first it did its job without problem, but that did not last long. One day we decided to cook beef short rib with this pan and after we were done, we did not immediately clean the pan until after we finished our dinner. The brownish residues around the edge could not be removed, not with regular dish detergent…
