Awesome pan! Eggs dont stick. Calphalon is a great brand and I have used them for years. For the most part I always find their hard andonized ones the best pans and pots to use. This omelet pan is worth it. Its not about just making omelets but i like the fact that I can cook my eggs any way I like it and it comes right off the pan with ease.
