My go to pan, very durable, easy clean-up. Have used this pan for 2 years now, was skeptical at first, not a fan of non-stick cookware. This is different than ptfe/teflon, it will not peel or flake. It is anodized aluminum, very durable and is a great cooking surface and will brown food as well. Great for sauteing, frying, pancakes and just about anything else.
