Long time Calphalon customer, this pan does not disappoint. I have owned Calaphalon for over 20 years now and I am happy to say they are still built with quality in mind. This pan heats evenly and the non-stock works so well without the harmful chemicals previously used to create the non-stick surface. After 30 or more uses it still cleans up quickly and easily with a minimum of effort. It is also healthy cookware in that you don’t need oil to cook.
