Alternative to a Deep Pot I purchased this pan for my husband for Christmas 2017. It is a large pan which replaces the use of a deep pot for many dishes. We LOVE it! Heavy weight, nice handles, flat bottom and the coating is superb. This is important to me because he cooks, I clean! Highly recommend this pan to others.I am not a paid reviewer. Perfectly Huge – Lid not a Great Fit This replaces a Calphalon 13″ pan which has served us well over the last few years but is no longer non-stick. The Teflon is coming off now, and never once did we use anything metal with the pan; it was always washed by hand. Hated that long handle which was always in the way…This pan is even bigger (deeper), which is great when you’re feeding hungry teen boys. The handles heat up though, so be careful. And the lid doesn’t seem to fit well. With the last pan it was snug and sat well…
