Eggs slide right out. No scrubbing necessary. I bought a set of these in 10-inch and 12-inch years ago, and they’re the best non-stick skillets I’ve ever had for cooking eggs. No oil is necessary – you can literally cook eggs on these and they’ll slide right out. I do like to melt a little butter in the pan before adding the eggs, but that is only for flavor. Excellent quality…you don’t know what you are missing. I will never buy cheap pans again. I have been using this for about 6 months now. It has lost maybe 15% of its original super slicky-ness but it still works fantastically. It is much heavier than my last cheap pan I replaced this with. It is extremely easy to clean because of its nonstick material. I have even left it in the sink for a couple days and had no issues cleaning it later. I expect this to last for years to come. Favorite Pan I’ve Ever Owned While doing some contract work that took me to an extended stay residence for a while I got to craving some decent cookware. Not needing more then one pan, I sought out the best do everything solution I could find.
