  1. Works well and looks nice, with a couple of possible weak areas. This pan and lid combo looks nice and performs fairly well. Clean up is easy. The handle works well, but was loose after one use. Adding a lock washer and thread lock compound helped correct his, but the mount is actually a weak point of the pan. The lid and its knob works well. The removable silicone edge seal is a bit different but does a good job of sealing and venting with the vent cutouts. Removing the seal for cleaning is an extra step but easy to remove and reinstall.
