Chef’s Star 11-inch pan – WHAT’S NOT TO LIKE!!! OH HOW EASY TO USE and RESULTS ARE PERFECT! What’s Not to Like!!! This pan is what I needed to use for frying potatoes. Of course, an iron skillet is also good, but the weight makes a great deal of difference. I can fry a large amount of potatoes; I can flip the potatoes without seeing them fly out onto the countertop; and, the pan is as clean as a freshly washed pan when I’m finished. The taller SIDES OF THE PAN make flipping so easy, and, also, just using a spatula is easier! I am so glad I found this pan. Cannot wait to try all…
Great non-stick pan!!! I am totally surprised – this is a terrific pan – now my favorite to use for all types of cooking from blueberry pancakes to pork chops. My only 2 complaints are: 1) the hole in handle to use for hanging is too far into the handle so that it doesn’t fit on my display hooks, so I hang it upside down by the hand hold handle, 2) I often cook with 3 or even 4 burners going on my stove and the pan is so big with the hand hold handle that it hard to find the right angle on the stove to keep the hand…
