Durable nonstick coating More durable than most non-stick cookware. Other brands are more easily damaged if you accidentally forget and let a metal utensil touch the surface, this one is the best I have found. The ribbed surface seems to make it easier to get your spatula under somethings like and omelet. Not horrible but disappointing NOT THE SAME SIZE AS OLDER SETS. I bought this set of Contempo skillets to replace an worn out set of Contempos. The first thing I did was check that my lids fit (lids from a 12 piece Circulon set I’ve had for over 10 years). THE LIDS DID NOT FIT. I figured it was a quality control issue so I flipped the old an new skillets over expecting to see a different Made-In value. Didn’t see that but did see that the new 10″ said 10 in/25cm and the old said 10in/24cm. The difference is really just 1…
