  1. Big 14” skillet works great Huge! I didn’t realize just how large this pan was, until I got it and put it on my stove. Wow—Fourteen inches is really big!Using it on a regular electric stove, it evenly spreads heat well. No hot spots. This is probably due to the thickness of the aluminum. From what I’ve read, later versions are thinner, so they don’t heat as evenly.
