  1. Quality Pans for Induction Cooktops This is high quality cookware. I purchased this set in November 2016 to work with induction cooktops, and all sizes including the 8″ pan heat without issues with three different induction brands: Max Burton, Tatung, and Rosewill. I use the 8″ and 10″ pans every day. They have thick walls and are robust, but not overly heavy due to their aluminum composition. Aluminum conducts heat faster and more evenly that ferrous (iron and steel) cookware. The pans look and work like new so far…

We have not had this set long enough to see how well it holds up, but we bought the solo 12-inch pan and loved it so we ordered this 3-piece set a few months later. BIG disappointment.
